- Adhere to all rules and guidelines provided by our staff. Guests who fail to comply with the rules will be refused service without a refund.
Transportation
- Hotel or cruise ship pickup is available, with varying pickup and check-in times.
- Pickup schedules depend on the hotel location:
- Guests staying in West or Central Maui: Monday and Thursday pickups.
- Guests staying in South or Central Maui: Tuesday and Friday pickups.
- Pickup is approximately 1.5 hours before check-in.
- Check-in times and pickup availability vary.
- Return time is between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm.

Any request for a refund prior to 72 hours is honored with a full cash refund. No refunds issued for any tours within the 72 hour period, prior to the start of your tour.
