Take in the scenic views of Maui’s number one attraction. The national park is known as the “house of the sun”. It is a great place for hiking, biking or stargazing. Haleakala Crater is a natural erosional valley with cliffs over 1800ʻ deep and filled with rare and unique plants and animals.

This tour begins with meeting at the Kahului Park and Ride at 9:30 AM or 2:30pm (please let us know if you would like to arrange transportation to and from your hotel).
From Kahului your private guide will drive you up into Haleakala National Park to the summit area making various short stops along the way. You will go right to the top of the mountain and be able to explore some of the hiking trails up there with your guide.
Lots of quick stops and short walks keep the time passing quickly. Your last stop in the park is to enjoy a short hike in a cloud forest. The guide will return you to Kahului after about 5 hours.
