Guidance
- The FAA requires us to weigh all guests and bags at check-in in order to follow regulations. We do this discreetly for your privacy. Please try to be as accurate as possible when providing weight information.
- Please check-in 1 hour before departure time to allow time for guest arrival. This allows us additional time for weighing bags and guests before check-in, the safety-briefing, and seating.
- All late arrivals will be listed as a no-show.
- Traffic is unpredictable. Please account for extra travel time in case of traffic delays.
Regulations
- Guests weighing over 240 pounds must purchase an adjacent empty seat to properly and safely balance the aircraft. The charge for a comfort seat is reduced to half the price of the regular tour seats.
- The total combined front row seat weight must be below 470 pounds, and individual passengers must be under 240 pounds. Should guests’ actual weights exceed these limits during check-in, those guests will be accommodated in other seats and a refund will be made for the upgrade fee.
- Front row passengers must not interfere with the pilot or instruments due to safety reasons. All front row passengers must occupy only their own seats, and lap children cannot be accommodated in the front row.

Any refund request before 72 hours is honored with a full cash refund.
In the event of cancellation or request for a change to your reservation, please note the following: For most Hawai'i Tours and activities originating from Oahu, there is no charge for a date change or tour change based on tour availability.
No refunds are issued for any tours within the 72-hour period prior to the start of your tour.
