Terms and Conditions

Each tour will have a unique cancellation policy and refund policy based upon the activities and demand of the tour.
In most cases, there is a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. This means that you can cancel anytime prior to 48-hours before the tour start time for a refund.
Depending on the tour, there may be a small cancellation fee, or in the case of tours that include flights, there is a 50% cancellation charge. There are also charges if we have to reschedule your flights if you make a change.
If we cancel the tour within 48 hours, for any reason including for storms or reduced availability, there will be no cancellation fee and you will be provided a refund.
If you cancel the tour within 48 hours then there will be no refunds. There are no refunds for no-shows.
